At 48, with over 18 years of experience as a professional chef (since 2005), I’ve had the privilege of working in kitchens across New York City, experimenting with flavors, and perfecting the art of creating meals that are both delicious and efficient. But my journey hasn’t just been about fancy restaurants or complicated dishes. It’s been about finding joy in the simplicity of cooking and sharing that joy with others.
