Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Cheez-It crackers (lightly crushed, but not powdered)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
- ½ cup chopped peanuts (optional, for extra crunch)
- Sea salt flakes (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in the peanut butter until well combined and creamy.
- Gently fold the crushed Cheez-It crackers and chopped peanuts into the chocolate-peanut butter mixture. Make sure all the crackers are well coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt flakes on each cluster, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the clusters are set and firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter version, use milk chocolate chips instead of semisweet.
- You can substitute crunchy peanut butter for a more textured treat.
- Store these clusters in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
