  • Author: Thomas Culino
  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 1215 clusters 1x

Description

These Cheez-It Peanut Butter Chocolate Clusters are the ultimate sweet and salty indulgence. Crunchy Cheez-It crackers, creamy peanut butter, and rich chocolate come together in an irresistible no-bake treat. Perfect for snacking or as a party dessert, they’re quick and easy to whip up!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Cheez-It crackers (lightly crushed, but not powdered)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts (optional, for extra crunch)
  • Sea salt flakes (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter until well combined and creamy.
  4. Gently fold the crushed Cheez-It crackers and chopped peanuts into the chocolate-peanut butter mixture. Make sure all the crackers are well coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt flakes on each cluster, if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the clusters are set and firm.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a sweeter version, use milk chocolate chips instead of semisweet.
  • You can substitute crunchy peanut butter for a more textured treat.
  • Store these clusters in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
