Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients. Gather all base ingredients including cottage cheese, cold brew coffee, ice, maple syrup or another sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
- Blend the Shake. Combine cottage cheese, cold brew coffee, ice, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth with no curds remaining, resembling a latte milkshake texture.
- Customize Flavor (Optional). For additional flavors, add cocoa powder or chocolate protein for mocha vibes, extra vanilla and a splash of milk for a vanilla latte, a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice for a cinnamon roll twist, or a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost before blending again briefly.
- Thicken the Shake (Optional). For a thicker consistency, freeze the coffee into ice cubes beforehand and use those instead of regular ice cubes during blending.
