Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Boil the Potatoes: Place the small potatoes in salted water and cook them until they are fork-tender, meaning you should be able to easily pierce them with a fork. Once done, drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
