- 3 cups milk

Instructions
- Crush Cookies: Place the chocolate sandwich cookies into a large resealable bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor. Set aside.
- Prepare Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding mixes with 3 cups of cold milk. Beat for about two minutes until the pudding is thickened. Set aside to let it fully set.
- Make Cream Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Combine Mixtures: Fold the prepared pudding into the cream cheese mixture gently until fully incorporated. Then fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Assemble Cake: In a large trifle dish or clear glass bowl, start with a layer of crushed cookie crumbs at the bottom. Spread a layer of the pudding cream mixture on top, then repeat layering alternating crushed cookies and pudding cream until all mixture is used, ending with a cookie layer on top.
- Decorate: Cover the top layer with edible grass made from shredded coconut dyed with green food coloring or use green sprinkles. Arrange small chocolate bunny candies, jelly beans, and chocolate eggs on top as decorations.
- Chill: Refrigerate the assembled dirt cake for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld and the dessert to set properly.
- Serve: Scoop out portions into dessert dishes and enjoy this festive Easter treat with family and friends.
