- 12 Pero Family Farms® mini sweet peppers, halved and seeded
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and simplify cleanup.
- Prepare Peppers: Arrange the halved and seeded mini sweet peppers on the prepared baking sheet with the open side facing up. Each half will serve as a mini pizza base.
- Add Toppings: Spoon about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into each pepper half, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle approximately 1 teaspoon of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, then add a few mini pepperoni slices to each.
