- 1 cup (240ml) cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- ½ cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- White chocolate shavings or fresh berries for garnish
Instructions
- Beat the Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add Pudding Mix & Milk: Add the white chocolate instant pudding mix and gradually mix in the cold milk. Beat until smooth and thick.
- Fold in Whipped Cream: Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream using a spatula until fully combined and fluffy.
- Chill & Serve: Spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish & Enjoy: Top with white chocolate shavings, fresh berries, or crushed cookies before serving.
