Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Spread Sauce on Tortilla: Place a tortilla flat on a clean surface and evenly spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over it, leaving about a 1/2-inch border around the edges to prevent spillover during rolling.
- Add Cheese and Toppings: Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Then top with 1/4 cup diced pepperoni, 1 tablespoon diced bell peppers, and 1 tablespoon sliced black olives for each tortilla.
- Season the Filling: Lightly sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the toppings to add flavor complexity.
- Roll the Tortilla: Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to form a pinwheel shape, pressing gently as you go to seal the roll and keep the fillings contained.
- Repeat for Remaining Tortillas: Repeat the assembly process for the other three tortillas using the remaining sauce, cheese, and toppings.
